Loaded Club Flatbread Hoagies
Featuring our Perfectly Crafted Flatbreads
Yields 4 Servings
Ingredients:
2/3 cup mayonnaise
6 tablespoons chopped cooked bacon (4 slices), or bacon bits
1 pkg Nature’s Own Bistro Flats™ Flatbreads
2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
3 tablespoons Italian vinaigrette dressing
4 slices Muenster cheese
8 slices deli ham
8 slices deli turkey
8 slices deli roast beef
1 ripe red tomato
Hot pickled peppers, optional
Directions:
In a bowl mix together the mayonnaise and bacon bits. Spread onto one side of each Nature’s Own Bistro Flats™ Flatbread. Toss lettuce with Italian dressing and divide over two of the flatbreads. Cut each slice of cheese in half and place over lettuce.
Top each sandwich with 4 slices of each deli meat, then a few slices of tomato. Place the two other flatbread pieces on top and cut each sandwich in half to make 4 sandwiches. Add a sandwich pick with hot peppers if desired. Serve immediately.
